Garrett Devine is the founder and owner of Mangrove Marine Care. As a Northeast Florida resident for over two decades, Garrett grew up on the water. When Mangrove Marine Care was founded, it was more than just an attempt at starting a detailing business, it was a way to help others enjoy their boat’s and time on the water more. Garrett details each boat as if it is his own. Mangrove Marine Care is the premier locally owned and operated mobile marine detailing service that you can trust.
